How do I purchase something from your website?

To purchase an item, simply click "Add to Basket" and go to the shopping basket on the top right where you will be brought to a registration area.  You have the option to register to place your order so that when you order again we will have your details already saved.  Alternatively, you can checkout as a Guest - in this instance when you shop with us again, you will have to re-enter your details.

Who will send my order?

Orders are sent from our partner boutiques and not the STYLE-TONIC.COM offices.

How do I sign up for the STYLE-TONIC.COM newsletter?

Simply go to the registration area on the top right hand side of your screen and tick "sign up to newsletter" when entering your details.

I've ordered  multiple items, will I receive them together?

As we work with multiple partner boutiques, if your products are from different boutiques then you will receive multiple packages, however, you will receive all items at the same time.

I am an international customer, can I claim VAT back?

Unfortunately, we cannot process VAT refunds.  All prices quoted are inclusive of Republic of Ireland VAT.

Do you have a shop?

STYLE-TONIC.COM acts an e-tailer for our partner boutiques, we do not hold any stock and therefore do not have a shop.

Do you offer a personal shopping service?

We are happy to give advice or suggestions relating to any of your clothing needs.  Please contact us for this service.

I got my order but my item doesn't fit me?

We are happy to accept returns as long as items are in their original state and returned with all packaging and tags in tact.  To make a return, our online returns form must be filled out within 7 days of receipt of purchase and goods must be returned to the originating boutique within 14 days.  The name and address of the partner boutique will be outlined on your order.

I want to make a return, will you refund me the delivery cost?

Unfortunately, we cannot refund the cost for postage of returns. We would highly recommend that you send returns by registered post. 

What payment methods to you use?

You can pay with all major credit cards as well as Laser card via Realex Payments.  Alternatively, you can pay via PayPal.

I am an international customer, do you ship to my country?

We ship worldwide using An Post for Europe and the Rest of World and DHL Express for UK orders.

I'm excited about my purchase, how long will I have to wait to get it?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 24-48 hours.  UK and Ireland orders will be shipped the next day. 

If you are in Europe or the Rest of the World, please expect to wait 3-4 days for delivery.  We use An Post for these orders in an effort to keep shipping costs down.  If you require next day delivery, please let us know and we can arrange for you.
